Rick has served in executive capacities in botanical gardens and major museums across the country including the Denver Botanic Gardens (CEO), the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (CEO), Massachusetts Horticulture (Executive Director) and the Missouri Botanical Garden (Assistant to Director and Director of Programs). He has served on national boards for conservation organizations, including the Center for Plant Conservation and the Trust for Public Land. His expertise is in organizational and financial management, strategic planning, coaching, and fundraising.
