Organizational Assessment

As changes -- including major changes in the external environment -- inexorably happen, any nonprofit can find its organization working at less than peak effectiveness. Are responsibilities and accountability aligned? Is the organization overstaffed in one area, understaffed in another? Have the staff members grown as the organization has evolved?
